Customer info/Disclaimer form 

All repairs and services are performed to the best of our ability based on the condition of the equipment at the time of service. By authorizing work, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

-Estimates are based on visible inspection only. Additional issues may be discovered during repair, which may result in added costs.

-We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage, or failures that occur after service due to normal wear and tear.

-Parts and labor warranties (if provided it will be specified) apply only to the specific repair performed and do not cover unrelated components or misuse.

-Customer supplied parts are not covered under any warranty, and we are not responsible for their failure or compatibility.

-Equipment left unclaimed for more than 15 days after notification may be subject to storage fees or considered abandoned, in accordance with local laws.

-It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proper operation and maintenance after service.


-The customer agrees to allow the technician to test the equipment during the service. 

-Minimum Service Fee: A diagnostic or service call fee of $120+HST applies to all mobile visits, regardless of whether the customer chooses to proceed with the recommended repair or not.

Disclosing any previous "DIY" repair attempts or known modifications to the engine.

-Ensuring pets and children are kept away from the work area for safety.
