All repairs and services are performed to the best of our ability based on the condition of the equipment at the time of service. By authorizing work, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:
-Estimates are based on visible inspection only. Additional issues may be discovered during repair, which may result in added costs.
-We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage, or failures that occur after service due to normal wear and tear.
-Repaired equipment is approved by the customer however, no guarantee is made against future breakdowns unless explicitly stated in writing.
-Parts and labor warranties (if provided it will be specified) apply only to the specific repair performed and do not cover unrelated components or misuse.
Customer-supplied parts are not covered under any warranty, and we are not responsible for their failure or compatibility.
-Equipment left unclaimed for more than 15 days after notification may be subject to storage fees or considered abandoned, in accordance with local laws.
-It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proper operation and maintenance after service.
By proceeding with service, the customer agrees to these terms.
-Property Damage: While we take the utmost care to protect your property as service is completed inside our covered trailer when possible, the Company is not liable for minor stains (oil, fuel, or fluids) on driveways, lawns, or garage floors. Customers are encouraged to provide a suitable work area.
-Minimum Service Fee: A diagnostic or service call fee of $120+HST applies to all mobile visits, regardless of whether the customer chooses to proceed with the recommended repair
Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for:
Disclosing any previous "DIY" repair attempts or known modifications to the engine.
Ensuring pets and children are kept away from the work area for safety.
